Vintage 80s St. John Santana Knit Purple 2pc Skirt Suit S 8

St. John 3pc Santana knit Kelly Green skirt suit, including a jacket, pencil skirt and St. John leather belt. The skirt has front pleats and on seam hip pockets. Laying flat the waist measures 13” straight across when relaxed stretching to 16” without much resistance. 26.5” long. The sweater jacket has a single hook closure, and the lapels are tacked down with perfectly coordinated, gold and green matching pins. These appear to be an add-on so this is probably more like a five piece set. Made for Jacobsons, which was a higher end department store in the metro Detroit area. The jacket has shoulder pads and measures 23.5” shoulder to hem and 18” armpit to armpit when hooked shut. The belt is stamped St. John size 8, and there are no size tags on the suit but I would assume it is also an eight. Please use the measurements as your guide. In my opinion, it runs a little small based on modern expectations, but Santana knit is stretchy. no holes or snags noted
