The 7912 has been designed to extract seized injectors from the Ford 2.0L Diesel EcoBlue engines in the method described by Ford. Injector removal is required for any service or repair work that requires the removal of the cam cover, cylinder head or cam shafts. NOTE: This method is for seized injector only and will render the injector unserviceable.
- Applications include: Ford Edge, Focus, Galaxy, Ranger, S-Max, Tourneo and Transit fitted with the Ecoblue 2.0L diesel engines from approx 2016.
- Equivalent to OEM tools 303-1690, 303-1690/1 and 303-1690/2.
- For removal of the injector lower seal, please see Laser Part No. 5450 or Laser Part No. 4702.
- For injector port cleaning, please see Laser Part No. 6101 and Laser Part No. 4597.
- Made in Sheffield. IMPORTANT: ensure the force screw is well lubricated with molybdenum disulphide grease before use.
