Southwire's SIM pull CIC is widely used across diverse sectors like the US DOT, DOE, commercial projects, EV infrastructure, utility grid upgrades, airports, mass transit, renewable energy, petrochemical, agriculture, and data centers. It's manufactured by extruding HDPE loosely around cable assemblies, ensuring no adhesion between the conduit and cables, allowing for easy cable replacement. Lubrication is applied for smooth cable pulling. It can be directly buried or encased in concrete, adhering to NEC Article 353. For above-ground use, HDPE conduit must be encased in at least 2 inches of concrete.
