This drone is like new - I recently used DJI Care Refresh insurance to replace it, so this drone is essentially brand new. The controller is in good condition, but I haven't had to replace it so it is used. I have never had any problems with any of the buttons or control sticks. This package includes five batteries and two charging stations (each of which holds three batteries). This package also includes a drone propeller holder that keeps the propellers secured during transport. This package also includes a carrying bag. I also made sure to remove this drone from my DJI account so it can be connected to a new account. Ships in its original box.
