Just purchased new battery. Great condition nothing wrong with it. Just don’t use it last updated to Mojave.  but I had to completely erase it with Apple support to get my information off of there so it will need the start up software installed again

If anybody has any idea how to erase this laptop, I would be very grateful if you could help me out. Because I don’t know how to wipe it clean. The videos that I’ve seen don’t seem to work on how to do it.
