Never worn, beautiful ring with huge ruby complemented by diamonds in 14k solid yellow gold.
I’m not a jeweler but the central stone has ca 17mm to 8mm which as per AI answer, makes it over 10ct

I am not sure if it’s glass filed as I have no way of checking it beyond gem tester that describes it simply as ruby as seen in picture. From definition however glass filed doesn’t mean synthetic but treated in certain way natural ruby and it seems they hold value just as ‘regular’ rubies that in most are also treated but in different aspect like heat ect (picture for comparison of similar item in case of being glass filled and another of ‘regular’).
